Inside Sales Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Account management and sales activities to promote and grow sales with an established customer base. Identify customer needs and provide product, technical and value-added solutions that meet our customers’ needs Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts. Manage incoming phone calls File documents Follow up on current and past due orders. Helping with basic office administrative tasks Requirements and skills Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM, P21 is a PLUS.

Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school diploma Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as are strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Must be detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
