Dental Site Director, AEGD Residency Program Health Care Center for the Homeless, Inc/ dba Orange Blossom Family Health, Orlando, FL | Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday - 7:45am - 4:30pm Lead the next generation of dentists. We're seeking a dynamic, compassionate dentist to direct our AEGD residency site and mentor five residents as they grow into confident, community-minded clinicians. Required: DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited school Active, unrestricted dental license in your state Completed an AEGD or GPR residency, or 5+ years of broad general dentistry experience Skilled in the full scope of general dentistry: restorative, endo, perio, prosthodontics, oral surgery, pediatrics, and medically complex patients Digital dentistry experience: digital impressions and intraoral scanning, chairside crown milling (CAD/CAM), and denture design for 3D printing Teaching or mentoring experience Meets CODA standards for program director or site faculty Preferred Board certification or Fellowship in AGD Prior FQHC or public health dentistry experience Experience with CODA accreditation, curriculum, and resident evaluation Bilingual (e.

g., Spanish/English) Familiarity with HRSA, UDS metrics, and sliding-fee programs Leadership or quality improvement experience Focus on changing patients oral health care. The role Lead and supervise five AEGD residents in a busy, mission-driven clinic Teach advanced clinical skills across the full scope of general dentistry Guide residents in modern digital workflows: intraoral scanning, chairside milled crowns, and 3D-printed denture design Maintain a part-time clinical schedule treating patients who need you most Partner with program leadership on curriculum, evaluation, and accreditation What we're looking for DDS/DMD with an active state license AEGD/GPR training or 5+ years of general dentistry experience Hands-on experience with digital impressions, CAD/CAM crown milling, and digital denture design A passion for teaching and a heart for underserved communities Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills What we offer Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, vision and supplementary insurances.
