Mobile Equipment Reliability Leader

Your Job Georgia-Pacific Building Products is seeking a Mobile Equipment Reliability Leader to support reliability excellence across our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for improving the safety, reliability, maintainability, and performance of mobile equipment assets through the application of reliability engineering principles, root cause analysis, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement practices.

The Mobile Equipment Reliability Leader will partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement sustainable solutions that improve equipment availability, reduce lifecycle costs, and support operational excellence. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple facilities without direct authority.
