You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.Responsibilities:- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication administration
• Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Documenting care provided and reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisorRequirements:
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in a home care or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
