· Proven work experience in HR Recruitment or similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with sourcing techniques (Portals, Campus Recruitment)
• Understanding of referral programs & designing the best for the company
• Source potential candidates from various online portals(e.g. Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed etc ) & HR consultants
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Screening candidate for face-2-face interview & conduct Aptitude Test
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Monitor key HR sheets, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board
• Carry out HR joining formalities & documentation Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers.
