Responsibilities

Administer medications as authorized under your certification and applicable regulations. Accurately document medication administration and related patient information. Observe and report changes in patient conditions to licensed nursing staff. Assist with routine patient care activities within your authorized scope. Maintain accurate medication records and follow established procedures.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote safe, consistent patient care. Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and correctional healthcare standards.

Qualifications
