Why You’ll Love Working With Us ✅ Competitive Pay – $22–$35/hr (RN-level up to $73K annually) + incentives ✅ Flexibility – Choose part-time (20–30 hrs/week) or full-time ✅ Benefits – Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, mileage reimbursement, uniform allowance ✅ Mentorship Culture – Supervisors are trusted leaders, not just compliance monitors ✅ Growth Opportunities – Training, certifications, and leadership pathways (Nurse Director, Training, Operations) ✅ Respected Team – Be recognized as the key to caregiver success and retention What You’ll Do Conduct in-home supervisory visits to monitor care, safety, and performance Provide real-time coaching and mentoring in ADLs/IADLs, dementia care, fall prevention, and infection control Support caregivers with retraining, recognition, and advocacy Document supervisory visits in our CRM/EVV system same day Ensure compliance with EVV, HIPAA, and professional standards Collaborate with the Nurse Director and Scheduling Team for caregiver-client matches Escalate safety concerns and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) follow-ups Rotate flexible schedules (day/evening visits, every other weekend) What We’re Looking For CNA, LPN, or RN with supervisory or leadership experience 5+ years caregiving or clinical experience (home care, assisted living, rehab, or long-term care) Strong knowledge of dementia care and chronic condition support Excellent communication and leadership skills Tech-savvy with mobile documentation (CRM/EVV) Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (company vehicle may be available) CPR preferred Join Sheraton Caregivers At Sheraton, you’re not just filling a role—you’re building relationships, mentoring caregivers, and shaping the future of home care .
