Specialist: Change and Communications X3 (Fixed Term Contract)

A Change and Communication Specialist helps an organisation successfully implement changes by ensuring that employees understand what is changing, why it is changing, how it affects them, and what they need to do differently. To plan, coordinate and implement change management and communication interventions that enable successful adoption of organisational changes, minimise resistance, maintain employee engagement and ensure that stakeholders are informed, aligned and equipped to transition effectively to new ways of working.
