Instructional Paraprofessional

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Instructional Paraprofessional at Richfield High School for the 2026-2027 school year, working with students in grades 9-12. Requirements

Must be highly qualified, providing supporting documentation; having 1 of the 3 listed below: Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcripts). Have an Associate's degree or higher (Transcripts). Obtained a passing score on the MN-approved assessment Para.

Pro test or Para. Educator, which measures math and reading skills (Certificate). Bilingual communication skills in Spanish preferred. Experience working in a K-12 or similar environment is preferred. Hourly Rate: $23.83-$27.02 (Based on education and experience). Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package.
