Join our client’s team as a German-speaking Customer Support Agent and become part of an international customer service team supporting one of the world’s leading global brands. What You’ll Do Support customers and assist them with their questions and requests Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer service Understand customer needs and find the best possible solutions Follow internal processes and guidelines when handling customer requests Make sure customers receive a positive experience throughout their interaction Work closely with your team and share information and feedback Take part in training to continuously improve your knowledge and customer service skills Requirements What You’ll Need Fluency in German and English Good communication and interpersonal skills A customer-focused and helpful attitude Good listening and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes A positive attitude and a calm approach when dealing with customers No previous Customer Support experience is required!
