Asset Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the performance of solar photovoltaic plants and BESS systems using SCADA, EMS, and other monitoring tools. Report performance and improvement plans to top management. Own technical and operational KPIs within scope: define, implement, and monitor. Identify gaps and take action. Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate execution with the O M teams.

Conduct root-cause analyses of production losses, in coordination with the rest of technical areas. Propose and implement corrective actions and optimization strategies to maximize energy production and the operational value of the BESS. Support acceptance testing, performance benchmarking, and post-COD reviews.
