Program Manager - Clinical Outreach - ACT

Salary Range: $75,555 - 86,888.25 $3,000 Sign-on bonus! Office Location: 1607 W Howard St, Chicago, IL 60626

The Clinical Outreach Program Manager will oversee the general welfare of the clients and employees of their assigned outreach treatment teams.  They will provide direct clinical supervision, ensure the team meetings run effectively, monitor the quality and efficiency of all program/team services provided to clients, and develop and implement tracking systems for required documentation. The Program Manager will provide and ensure the team provides client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services to clients with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse/addiction disorders utilizing a harm reduction approach.
