By supporting reliable payments, reconciliations, and reporting, this position strengthens decision-making and delivers dependable service to employees, vendors, and internal leaders.

What You’ll Do Process approved invoices, check requests, and employee reimbursements accurately and on schedule Verify payment authorizations, account classifications, documentation, and effective dates to maintain strong financial controls Resolve payment inquiries and research transactions for vendors, employees, and internal partners Maintain accurate vendor tax records to support compliant 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, and 1042 reporting Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and post accruals and journal entries to support an accurate month-end close Deliver timely financial reports and help managers understand transactions affecting departmental results Support expenditure authorization tracking, allowance for credit loss reporting, manufactured home loan funding transfers, and other accounting priorities.

• Knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Preferred Prior work experience with accounting / finance / accounts payable Skills & Knowledge: Required Intermediate Skills in MS Office to include Access / Excel Preferred Advanced skills in all MS Office Education: Required Accounting college level coursework Preferred Bachelor's in accounting / finance / business Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm Compensation Details: Paygrade: 1CA The expected pay range for this position is $23.77 - $24.50 hourly.
