Worship Leader - Southwest Campus

To partner with our Worship Team and the SW Campus team in carrying out the vision of developing a vibrant worship culture that supports the Vision/Mission and Strategies of SCC. As well as investing in/shepherding volunteers to lead and share that same Vision/Mission. What You Will Be Doing: Planning services with the Worship Team Shepherd, lead, disciple, train and equip volunteers Scheduling volunteers Running rehearsals Learning new songs Come alongside the Southwest Campus team/church family by assisting by creating worship environment for all ages Pastoral roles – weddings, funerals, etc.

What We Are Looking For

Pastor / Shepherd at Heart Strong communication skills Musical skills and lead vocal ability Proven volunteer recruitment and training skills Desire to work with people Strong work ethic and is a team player/collaborator Our Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Ministry from a Bible College is preferred but not required Experience in leading worship (minimum of 3 years) Ordained Minister of the Gospel Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun Agree with the Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
