Technicien itinérant/ Field Service Technician
Job description
Le technicien de service est chargé d'assurer un excellent service à la clientèle pour l'entretien de son équipement. L'horaire s'étend du lundi au vendredi, sans soirées ni fins de semaine.
The Service Technician is responsible providing excellent customer service while servicing customer equipment. As a Service Technician, you will record the service request, successfully service equipment and follow up with our customers on maintenance or concerns.
