PCA Field Supervisor (Statewide Maine)

MaineTouch LLC is looking for motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing home care team as PCA Field Supervisors.

This is a flexible, assignment-based opportunity ideal for CNAs, PSSs, RNs, LPNs, or experienced caregivers looking for additional income, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct staff supervisory and client visits.

• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.

• Complete staff check-ins and performance observations.

• Provide coaching and support to caregivers.

• Complete required documentation and follow-up tasks.

• Assist with other field-related assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in home care, personal care, or a related field preferred.

• CNA, PSS, RN, LPN, or other relevant qualifications.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.

• Ability to work independently.
