Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited in the CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower

• Back office department. Your primary focus will be to handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and foster strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and professional experience for our customers. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer informed guidance. Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide regular feedback and insights to improve our customer service strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance our services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle customer issues effectively. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer inquiries. A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Basic knowledge of BFSI industry practices and regulations is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively.
