• Brian Head, UT, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00Hourly, Night Auditor – Winter 2026/2027 Location: Brian Head Lodge | Department: Front Desk Enjoy quiet hours, attention to detail, and keeping the lodge running smoothly while the mountain sleeps? As a night auditor, you’ll support late-night guest services while handling key administrative and accounting tasks for the Front Desk team. You’ll be the friendly night-shift face for guests and the one who balances the books before morning! What You’ll Do: Greet and assist late-arriving or departing guests. Manage phone, email, and online reservations with accuracy and efficiency. Provide guests with info about rooms, rates, amenities, and local recommendations. Process payments, verify credit card details, and maintain accurate records using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: Has a high school diploma or GED. Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Is comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Can resolve guest issues calmly and professionally. Can pass a background check. Must be able to sit for long periods of time during overnight shifts.
