Sr Manager Quality Assurance

The Sr. Manager Quality Assurance will develop, implement, and conduct a Quality Management System; leading a team of quality assurance engineers, reporting results, providing insight into root causes, and assisting in improvement strategies with key stakeholders. The manager will drive quality assurance programs to ensure conformance to Crown and industry standards, processes, and procedures.

Areas of focus will span structural tower construction, inspections, and work procedures, products, and outcomes specified by standards. A strong emphasis will be placed on analytical discoveries that uncover area’s of needed focus. The outcome will be to drive compliance and continuous improvement of operations within the Assets and Operations team.
