Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 6–8 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend CRM solutions. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD). Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows. Develop plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, ribbon customizations, and Power Automate flows.

Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with ERP systems and third-party applications using REST APIs, Web API, Azure Services, or Logic Apps. Perform data migration using SSIS, KingswaySoft, Scribe, or other ETL tools. Design and develop reports using SSRS and Power BI. Support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live activities.

Provide technical guidance and functional support to business users. Troubleshoot CRM issues and recommend performance improvements. Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Required Technical Skills Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE) Dynamics CRM Online & On-Premises Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) C# .

NET Framework/.NET Core JavaScript TypeScript (Preferred) HTML/CSS Web API Plugins Custom Workflow Activities Ribbon Workbench FetchXML SQL Server SSRS Azure Functions Logic Apps Azure DevOps Git REST APIs OAuth Authentication Functional Expertise Experience in one or more of the following modules: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service Project Operations Customer Insights (Preferred) Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4–10 years of IT experience. 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience. Experience in at least one end-to-end CRM implementation. Strong understanding of CRM business processes. Experience working directly with business stakeholders. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications. Experience with Azure Integration Services. Experience with Dataverse. Knowledge of ALM and Solution Management. Exposure to DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
