Orders and Customer Service: Handling customer orders by phone and in person Dispatch delivery orders to drivers Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner Provide information about products Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
