Assembly Worker – Wire Harness Assembly 📍 North Haven, CT 🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 💲 $17.50/hour We are currently seeking a dependable Assembly Worker for a growing manufacturing facility in North Haven, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and experience working with small parts or assembly work.

Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to work instructions and specifications Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete production tasks Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy Follow detailed instructions, diagrams, and production standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualifications: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred Experience with small parts assembly, wiring, or electronics assembly is a plus Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Requirements: Background check required Drug screening required Must be able to stand for extended periods and use hands for repetitive tasks This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable first-shift position with a great team environment.
