Job description
Provides food, beverage and customer service in a professional and courteous manner to Casino customers. Follows steps of service regarding food and service. Follows all health and safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature. Responsible for proper cash and checking handling, i.e., closing check to cash, comps, voids, discounts and credit cards.
