• Tantula Rise is a Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast. The Role
• Cleaning and Laundry Assistant You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families. Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors Dusting, polishing and general tidying Cleaning bathroom facilities Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices. To be successful, you will have: Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable Willingness to take direction from others Reliability and shift flexibility Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure Mandatory for compliance Evidence of Australian Work Rights 2x references Willing to apply for a National Police Check What we can offer you.
