Maintenance Technician

Full-Time, up to $42/hour based on demonstrated qualifications.

Alpha Baking is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support our bread and bun manufacturing facility in Manitowoc. We are hiring for Class 2 and Class 3 positions and are looking for mechanics who can troubleshoot equipment, complete reliable repairs, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

Our equipment includes industrial mixers, proof boxes, ovens, conveyors, slicers, packaging equipment, Kwik Lok applicators, spiral freezers, boilers, and related plant systems.
