Mechanical BIM Specialist - Vendor Track

Get Hired. ⚡ Looking for your next step in MEP BIM? We are currently hiring BIM Specialists focused on Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing trades to support multiple Business Units. The deal You’ll start working with us in a vendor-based model, If you perform well → you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a staff position at ENG.

This is a full-time opportunity, so full-time availability is required. You’ll also need to have your own computer/laptop to work with. Simple as that. You’re a fit if you have Solid understanding of:

• HVAC systems (ductwork, sheet metal, hydronic & refrigerant piping)
• Plumbing systems (domestic water, sanitary, vent)
• Equipment layouts Proven experience with:
• Revit (LOD 350 - 400) for HVAC and/or Plumbing modeling
• Sheet Metal modeling workflows
• Fabrication Parts (Fab Parts)
• Experience using Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
• 2–3+ years of experience in BIM, construction, or mechanical/plumbing environments
• Immediate availability to start (very important)
• Advanced English (spoken and written) — must be able to communicate fluently with international teams. ⚠️ Candidates without this level will not be considered. Bonus points
• Knowledge of NEC standards
