Seasonal Fulfillment Associate

• Green Bay, WI Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active throughout the workday? Greatland is seeking Seasonal Fulfillment Associates to help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment during our busiest season. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in delivering excellent service behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Pick inventory accurately from warehouse stock using order or pick slips. Verify product quantities and details to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Pack customer orders securely using appropriate packaging materials and fillers. Print and apply shipping labels to outgoing orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Assist with general warehouse operations and complete additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to follow written instructions and work independently. Dependable, organized, and motivated to meet daily productivity goals. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Basic computer skills are helpful but not required. Schedule Monday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Up to 40 hours per week Overtime opportunities may be available during peak periods with manager approval Work Environment Casual warehouse environment. Standing and walking for extended periods, up to eight hours per day.

Regular use of hands and fingers for picking, packing, and shipping tasks. Occasional use of warehouse equipment and machinery. Moderate noise levels in certain work areas. Important Information This is a seasonal position with start dates available between October and December 2026 . Assignments are expected to continue through January 2027 , depending on business needs and workload. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing both a background check and drug screening .
