Position summary

Responsible for acquiring real estate for infrastructure projects. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Essential Functions

and Responsibilities Review and understand title research/reports Prepare complex land acquisition forms and paperwork Understand current market value of subject land including appraisals Conduct very complex negotiations with landowners to secure properties through purchase, donation, or condemnation Communicate clearly, respectfully, and patiently with property owners Manage time, schedules, and deadlines Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned
