The Safety Specialist is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and supporting safety programs for transmission line construction projects in Lilesville, NC, this position provides field safety leadership for direct-hire craft personnel and subcontractors engaged in transmission line construction, maintenance, and related utility infrastructure projects. The Safety Specialist serves as a key resource to project teams by promoting a strong safety culture, conducting site assessments, delivering training, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
