An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join one of our care home based in Swansea and part of the Caron Group portfolio. Caron Group is a family of care homes across mid and south Wales. We have been operating in the care sector for twenty four years and specialise in residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. As a registered nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological and social needs of the individuals within our care, delivering the high-quality care they deserve. You will create and supportive environment for our residents who may have a range of physical and mental needs. You will rely on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions and can expect a wide range of clinical responsibilities.
