Patient Transportation Driver

We are seeking a reliable Transport Driver to join our team. The Transport Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to designated locations. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties:

• Drive passengers to specified destinations in a safe and timely manner
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
• Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Experience:
• Previous experience in shuttle driving, van driving or a related field is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
• Strong customer service skills are essential for this role Requirements: Before You Apply for this position, please make sure you qualify and have the following: Driver must be at least 21 years of age to operate an ambulette A copy of a valid CPR and First Aid certificate, If you do not have the CPR and First Aid Certification, training will be provided. A copy of Drivers Abstract obtained from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Must Have a valid Ohio Drivers License (for at least 2 years) Must have a clean record with no more than 4 points. Agree to random Drug Testing according to with company policy. Driver able to read schedules and maps and must be able to follow driving directions. Driver must have dependable transportation that will get him/her to and from our facility each day Driver must be able to follow schedule thoroughly Must pass post job offer Drug Test before starting an assignment. Must be able to pass FBI/BCI background check as drug screening. Must have previous customer service experience with a good track record of assisting customers in a thoughtful, caring and timely manner.
