Area Sales Manager

Key Job Purpose : Achievement of sales and gross profit targets for sales team under responsibility. Establishment and keeping good relationship with KOLs & customers. Coaching Sales team under responsibility to achieve sales target and reach company expectation for the Salesperson which is along with company strategies and compliance Job Responsibilities : Plan and execute all sales activities under responsibility.

Identify potential customers in area of responsibility and develop action plan to achieve goals. Develop Customer Relationship management to retain existing customers and approach new customers by working with marketing team and customer care team. Prepare the necessary documents for sales and according to customer needs, such as Sales contracts, Quotations, Tender bidding, Business reports, Proposal, and product information.

Coaching salesperson to achieve their own sales target by keeping existing customers and expand new business Control subordinates to operate in accordance with the company's policies and practices. Submit monthly sales report to supervisor and arrange or facilitate monthly sales meeting. Continuously improve self-product knowledge and subordinate Manage sales target and sales performance in area of responsibility Cooperate with others department to maintain customers satisfaction Seek for the new target to expand business and guide the team Utilizing CRM for sales management and business review of opportunity pipeline, potential revenue flow, win/loss analysis.

Job Specification : Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Medical Technology At least 5 years for Sales experience Coaching skill, selling skill and management skill Positive attitude and able to turn problems to be opportunities Good command in English skill Travelling around 50% outside Bangkok area
