Responsibilities
Drive sales of FTSE Russell Indexes, by identifying new opportunities within current clients or new prospects Lead targeted Sales Campaigns focused at generating new business Engage clients and prospects offering innovative, tailored, and/or jointly developed Index solutions, making use of products and solutions across the group Identify and nurture relationships with key persons and influencers at all levels Become a trusted expert on market trends and clients requirements - having knowledge of clients' businesses, problems and future development goals Communicate and coordinate client requirements internally - in areas related to new index go-to-market plans, existing or new product development, and cross-selling opportunities across the group Raises client problems and coordinates towards solutions Capture, Share and maintain information in structured and orderly manner Skills and Qualifications: 3 years+ experience of proven ability in sales / new business development within the financial services industry Strong understanding of investment management process and ecosystem, both domestically and globally, across multiple asset-classes Strong communication and analytical skills Solutions-based selling experience Willingness to learn and ability to learn faster Strong desire to explore greater personal growth Business level proficiency in Japanese and English What you’ll get in return: Global, diverse team with collaborative culture Hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 day WFH) Standard working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 Career Stage: Senior Associate London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
