RESPONSIBILITIES

• Insurance sales
• Marketing and soliciting insurance opportunities to help drive business
• Appointment setting, cold calling, and digital presence capabilities.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Insurance licensed preferred.
