Responsibilities
Operate industrial dishwashers, glass washers, and a 3-compartment sink; wash dishes and items by hand when necessary. Sanitation and Cleaning: Follow sanitation policies, clean trash receptacles, stock hand washing supplies, and frequently sanitize table tops and galley equipment. Galley Maintenance: Broom and mop the galley area as needed; perform occasional deep cleaning of restaurant areas.
Equipment Cleaning: Clean deep fat fryers, grills, and flat tops as needed to ensure proper operation. Team Support: Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, and follow supervisors’ instructions.
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand for the entire shift. Physical Abilities: Capable of bending, stooping, using hands continuously, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 45 lbs occasionally. Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in hot and/or humid environments. Shift Flexibility: Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and be flexible with shift timings.
Background Checks: Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
