Upperline is seeking a primary care physician leader to join our clinical leadership team as Medical Director for our Daytona Beach and North Florida market.

This role is a mix of clinical, leadership, and value-based care program management. The Medical Director must reside in market to be able to connect with providers, advise on clinical improvements and assist in market opportunities. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent onsite in the clinic setting.
