Barista

**Responsibilities**

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area.

Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand during busy periods.

**Qualifications**

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
