Growth Marketing Analyst

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst who is curious about data and wants to build with it. This is a hands-on role for someone with a marketing background — growth, lifecycle, CRM or performance — who already looks at metrics to decide what to do next, and wants to go deeper: understand user behaviour through data and turn those findings into campaigns, experiments and automations that move business metrics.

What matters to us is that you take ownership of what you pick up, and that you grow into deciding what's worth building and why. 2 to 4 years of experience in growth, lifecycle, CRM, performance or product marketing. Genuine curiosity and experience about why metrics move , and comfort working with numbers. Experience building or executing campaigns across activation, engagement, retention or reactivation.

Comfort navigating dashboards and analytics tools. Ownership of your own projects: you follow through on what you pick up. Bias toward shipping and iterating rather than over-planning. Active use of AI in your daily work, and interest in automating how things get done. Work with data every day. Navigate dashboards, segment users and look at funnels, cohorts, activation, retention and churn to understand what's happening and why.

SQL is a plus, not a requirement. Turn insights into campaigns. Go from a finding to a hypothesis, define the KPI you want to move, and build the campaign or experiment to move it. Run initiatives end-to-end . Launch campaigns to activate users, drive product adoption, improve retention and win back churned users. Measure what you ship.

Look at whether an initiative actually generated impact, learn from it and iterate. Automate what's repetitive. Use AI and no-code tools to speed up your own workflow, from analysis and research to building and executing. Work across teams. Collaborate day to day with Product, Data, CRM and Design to get things shipped.
