Ladies Locker Attendant (Part-time and Full-time)

• LOS ANGELES, CA, Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00Hourly, POSITION: LOCKER ROOM ATTENDANT REPORTS TO: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER Job Summary Professionally and efficiently service the members and guests in the Ladies’ locker room. Maintain order and cleanliness. Greet guests and assure that member satisfaction standards are consistently attained. Perform work in accordance with job responsibilities described below. Essential Job Duties:

1. Receive and greet members and guests in a welcoming and gracious manner, anticipating needs and requests. Must be able to interact on a daily basis with Club staff, members and guests in a pleasant and positive manner.
2. Inspect locker area several times daily to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
3. Keep current knowledge of all Club events and services.
4. Ensure the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property.
5. Issue lockers, keys, towels, etc. to members and guests as needed.
6. Maintain an inventory of supplies and linens, restocking supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, etc. Interact with the purchasing department to order supplies as needed.
7. Resolve member and guest complaints. Must have decision-making skills.
8. Maintain a well groomed appearance in uniform and proper hygiene at all times.
9. Ensure that shoe care is always of the highest standards.
10. Assure that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed.
11. Assign lockers for guests during tournaments if necessary.
12. Complete other appropriate assignments made by the Assistant General Manager.
13. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Physical Demands

• Stand and walk short distances indoors for the majority of the shift to assist members and maintain facilities.
• Frequently bend, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead to clean lockers, stock shelves, gather towels, and refill wall dispensers.
• Regularly lift and carry up to 25 lbs (towels, supply boxes, laundry).
• Push and pull laundry carts, supply trolleys, and mops up to 50 lbs
