Waitstaff

At Lou Malnati's, you'll help create memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion, gathering with family and friends, or simply craving the best pizza in town, you'll play a key role in making every visit exceptional.

As a Server, you'll do more than take orders. You'll deliver outstanding hospitality, anticipate guest needs, and work alongside a team dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience. We all share the same goal: making sure our guests can't wait to come back.

At Lou, we're more than coworkers. We're family. That's one reason we've been recognized as a Top Workplace for 16 consecutive years!
