주요****업무 (Responsibilities)

**1.품질 **개선 및 본사 보고 (Quality Assurance & HQ Reporting)

• 설치 품질 검수: 현장 작업 품질 및 완료 보고서 검토·검수
• 불량/고장 데이터화: 가전 제품의 고장 원인 및 기계적 문제점을 진단·분석하여 데이터베이스화
• HQ 품질 보고: 고장 발생 데이터 원인 분석 & 해결 방안 보고서 작성 및 한국 본사(HQ) 리포트 보고

2.테크니션 팀 및 운영 관리 (Team Leadership & Operations)

• 테크니션인력관리: 신규 테크니션 채용 지원, 정산 체계 및 현장 업무 프로세스 온보딩 교육, 정기 성과(KPI) 평가 진행

• 스케줄및동선****최적화: 지역별 정기점검·설치·A/S 방문 일정 배정, 이동 거리 최적화를 통한 마일리지 및 운행 비용 효율화

• 클레임****대응: 현장 일차 대응 불가능건 및 에스컬레이션된 2차 고객 클레임 중재 및 최종 해결

정산, 부품 및 데이터 관리 (Operations & Asset Management)

• 데이터집계및****분석: 월별 테크니션 리포트(Technician Report) 작성, 정산금 및 운영 비용 통계 분석
• 부품및자산****관리: 설치 부품, 필터, 교체용 가전 기기 및 공구 재고 관리, 테크니션별 출고/잔여 재고 실시간 파악 및 수급 통제

Qualification

• 기술 전문성 (Technical Expert): 가전제품의 문제점 및 불량 원인을 직접 진단/분석하고, 이를 데이터화해 본 경험이 있는 분 품질 데이터를 생성하고 분석 보고서(Quality Report)를 작성하여 보고해 본 경험이 있는 분

• 경력****요건: 가전, 렌탈, 배관, A/S 분야의 정산, 서비스 운영, 품질 관리/개선(QA/QC) 또는 오피스 관리자 경력자

• 언어****능력: Bilingual – Korean, English
• 우수한데이터정밀도: 데이터의 꼼꼼함과 높은 정확도를 바탕으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분

Salary: 75K -90K

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & HQ Reporting

• Installation Quality Inspection: Review and verify on-site installation quality and completion reports.

• Defect & Failure Data Analysis: Diagnose and analyze appliance failures, mechanical issues, and root causes, and maintain a structured database of findings.

• HQ Quality Reporting: Analyze failure data, identify root causes, develop corrective action plans, and prepare quality reports for the Korea headquarters (HQ).

• Team Leadership & Operations Management

• Technician Management: Support technician recruitment, provide onboarding and training on settlement procedures and field service processes, and conduct regular KPI-based performance evaluations.

• Scheduling & Route Optimization: Assign schedules for routine maintenance, installations, and after-sales service (A/S) visits by region. Optimize travel routes to reduce mileage and transportation costs.

• Customer Complaint Resolution: Mediate and resolve escalated customer complaints that cannot be addressed by field technicians, ensuring effective resolution of complex service issues.

• Settlement, Parts & Asset Management

• Data Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly Technician Reports and analyze technician settlements, service expenses, and operational costs.

• Parts & Asset Inventory Management: Manage inventory of installation parts, filters, replacement appliances, and tools. Track parts issued to and remaining with each technician in real time, and control inventory distribution and replenishment.

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience diagnosing and analyzing appliance malfunctions and defects, and documenting findings in a structured database.

• Experience compiling and analyzing quality data, preparing quality reports, and presenting findings to management or headquarters.

• Relevant Experience: Experience in settlement and payment administration, service operations, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), quality improvement, or office administration within the home appliance, rental, plumbing, or after-sales service industries.

• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.

• Data Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing operational data and reports.

Salary Range : $75,000–$90,000 per year
