In this vital role, you’ll connect with individuals and families through outreach and in-reach efforts, providing education and hands-on assistance to enroll them in affordable health coverage options like Covered California, Medi-Cal, Medicare, and CHIP.

You’ll also guide clients through enrollment in essential non-health programs such as Cal. Fresh. If you're community-driven, detail-oriented, and thrive on making a difference, we’d love to meet you! This position requires availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support community events/meetings.
