Position Summary

Support clerical, administrative, secretarial, functions for a very busy medical office. Highlights: Monday- Friday 730a -530pm, variable upon office We serve together in the spirit of the Gospel as a compassionate and transforming healing presence within our communities.

Check in/Check out Answering multiple phone lines Scheduling appointments Manage Referrals Insurance verification Other clerical functions What you need: High school graduate/ GED required Education and/or training as medical secretary, medical receptionist, medical assistant preferred Associates degree in a medical related concentration preferred Highlights and Benefits Day 1 benefits, no waiting period!
