Job description
A Show Jumping Trainer prepares horses and riders for show jumping competitions by developing technical skills, improving performance, and ensuring horse welfare.
Key Responsibilities
Train riders in jumping techniques and competition strategies. Develop conditioning programs for horses. Assess and improve horse-rider partnerships. Organize training sessions and competition preparation. Monitor horse fitness, health, and performance. Provide feedback and performance evaluations. Maintain a safe and effective training environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in show jumping instruction and competition. Strong understanding of equine behaviour and training methods. Excellent coaching and communication skills. Ability to work with riders of varying skill levels.
