Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a small, growing team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent six years as a team member, gaining valuable experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to run a successful agency. I’m a graduate of Florida International University.

I’m focused on building a team that is driven, positive, and ready to grow alongside the business. Our agency offers PTO, a Simple IRA, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
