SVP, Regional Manager

The Senior Vice President, Regional Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the performance of an assigned region of branches through sales leadership, operational excellence, talent development, and member experience management. This role serves as the primary driver of retail growth by developing high-performing branch teams that consistently achieve sales, member acquisition, lending, deposit, and relationship growth goals while maintaining strong operational controls and compliance standards.

The Regional Manager provides direct leadership to Branch Managers, ensuring execution of strategic initiatives, sales programs, service standards, and operational expectations across all locations within their region.
