What we're looking for

Behave like an owner, taking responsibility for results, making sound commercial decisions and treating every pound like your own. You'll also bring: Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering KPIs. A hands-on approach to store operations and people leadership.

Confidence managing compliance, stock and health & safety. Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays. FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential. Why join B&M?
