Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist to fill an opening within a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Patchogue, NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patient populations in a community health setting. Why Join Us?

Qualifications

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Licensure: Active NY State license, DEA registration, and Board Certification. Experience: Experience with diverse patient populations in community health settings is required. Technical Skills: Proficient in prenatal care, intrapartum management, postpartum care, gynecologic surgery, family planning, and electronic health records.

Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competence, empathy, and the ability to collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams. Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care. Perform outpatient sessions and surgical procedures. Participate in on-call coverage and hospital rounds. Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers. Coordinate referrals and follow-up care. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance.
