Entry Level Molding Operator

• Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications
• Set up and adjust equipment guides, stops, and other fixtures
• Inspect part for defects & verify conformance to specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
• Mark products or equipment with identifying information
• Move materials and products between work areas as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products
• Record production and operational data
• Count, pack, and forward parts to the next stage of production Requirements:
• High school diploma preferred
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shift
• Overtime may be required
