Compensation

& Incentives Starting salary: $50,000-$55,000 Higher salaries available based on experience Increased pay for prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field Master's degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related) License: LCMHC/A, LMFFT/A, LCSW/A No prior FCT experience required — we provide support and training About SPARC: We've been providing Family Centered Treatment in North Carolina since 2015, and we're now expanding our mission into Central Virginia.
